Who we are

Onyx Legal ("we", "us") provides UK immigration application and sponsor licence support services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights over it.

Note for Harshil: This is a general-purpose template covering the website only. Because you handle sensitive immigration case data directly with clients (passports, right-to-work evidence, financial documents), you should have this reviewed by a solicitor or data protection adviser and extend it to cover how client case files are stored, retained, and deleted — this matters both for UK GDPR compliance and for your IAA registration application.

This site uses:

Essential local storage — a single flag saved in your browser to remember that you've seen this cookie notice, so it doesn't reappear on every visit.
Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy applies to that data: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use any cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and — if you instruct us — prepare and manage your immigration case. We keep case-related data only as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
